User satisfaction

What is more important than software productivity and quality put together? Could there be anything that important? The answer to the latter question is “Yes, there is.” The answer to the former is “user satisfaction.” It does not matter how productively you build software or how well-designed and tested your software is; if your user is not satisfied your software is a failure.
