Relation of Parental Transitions to Boys' Adjustment Problems: I. A Linear Hypothesis.

The purpose of this article is two-fold. First, the hypothesis that the relation of parental transitions to boys' adjustment problems is cumulative and linear is tested. Having established this relationship, the authors examined a process model that attempts to account for the association between parental transitions and boys' adjustment.
