Mould DFX Multi-View Mapping Mechanism and Multi-Objective Optimization Strategies

Mould Design for X(DFX) based data models were discussed, and the mapping mechanisms were considered. Net shape forming feature based models and mould integrated product information models were studied. The viewpoint that mould complexity indexes are the key factors to decide DFC and DFT was proposed. Satisfactory degree function of cost, time and qualities were studied. Then by setting up a series of DFX mathematical models, multi objective decision making mechanism was used to optimize our design objectives.
