Establishment of Molecular Identification in Ramie Germplasms

ISSR,an effective molecular marker based on microsatellites sequences,is widely used to genetic diversity and cultivars identification research.In this paper,42 Ramie germplasms collected from 5 countries were identified using ISSR molecular marker.According to fragment size of variation,the data numeralized from the amplified bands were analyzed by the software identification analysis.Seven primers could be used to identify all the 42 Ramie germplasms.The electrophoresis results of each germplasm amplified with the 7 primers could be used as a molecular identification of the germplasms.A set of molecular identifications were established for 42 Ramie germplasms.
