Abstract : For convenience sake, the authors have put together here the material used in the Statistics and Data Analysis given at Rand during the second quarter of the Rand graduate program in policy analysis. This first ten week segment given during January, 1971 through March 1971 is being followed by a second ten week segment given during April 1971 through June 1971. The notes produced here are unrevised and frequently incomplete. Page number references in the notes refer to the within lecture numbering given at the top of the pages.
