E-Vienna. Living situation based e-government and e-democracy

The introduction of e-government and e-democracy in Vienna-e-Vienna-is based on the concept of living situations. A virtual competence centre situated in the EDP department manages implementation. A first pilot application and a running CEU funded project highlight the results and give an outline about the possible changes.
