The invention provides a constant-power output device of an intelligent body building car. The constant-power output device comprises a car frame body, a power generator, a gear transmission device, a rotation direction changing device, a handle and a panel computer, wherein the power generator, the gear transmission device, the rotation direction changing device, the handle and the panel computer are arranged on the car frame body; a linear guide device is arranged on the gear transmission device; a pedal is arranged on the linear guide device; the gear transmission device is used for converting the linear movement of the pedal into the circumference movement of a gear; and the rotation direction changing mechanism is used for driving a power generator rotor to always rotate in the same direction. Compared with a conventional power output device using a crank to do circumference movement, the constant-power output device has the advantages that by using the linear movement mode, the exertion of the human body power potential can be facilitated; the fat is fast consumed; meanwhile, the human body constant power output can be realized through the power generator resistance regulation, so that a tester can perform test and do exercises in two modes of constant power and constant resistance; the constant-power output device can be used as an effective tool for accurately evaluating the aerobic exercise ability of the tester to achieve the scientific and interesting body building; and the real multifunction of one car is realized.
