Corrosion control statistical analysis of iron pipe

Research an iron pipe has been conducted since 1928. This research has dealt mainly with corrosion and corrosion control of gray and ductile iron pipe. Recently, this information was incorporated into a common database along with in-service inspections and failure investigations. A statistical analysis of a subset of that data is presented here with respect to the corrosion rates of iron pipe in a variety of different soils.
