Taking the continuous consumption emergency system as background,a multi-objective emergency-resource scheduling model is established,which satisfies the emergency needs as many as possible.Considering the actual application situation and the original transport volume of emergency resources from every rescue spot,the objective function of the model covering dual sides,such as rescue cost from emergency system and the losses caused by not be rescued in time is established.In the light of the characteristic of the model,the solving procedure and its steps based on particle swarm algorithm are designed.Therefore one step solution is realized.A data example verifies the model's rationality,and the feasibility and the validity of using the particle swarm algorithm here.
