Recently, demand of LNG and order of LNG carrier are increasing because of requirement on the clean energy and decrease of LNG production costs and development of many gas fields. Meanwhile, the attention about the North Pole Route development has been growing because the ice of arctic ocean is melting and thinning in the global warming. Therefore, from now on, demand of the LNG carrier what is able to pass the North Pole Route will increase to reduce distances and cost of fuel. But, a study of stability is urgently needed due to collision with floating ice. In this paper, experimental results show the static/dynamic mechanical properties on low/room temperature of Mastic that there is between CCS(Cargo Containment System) and hull construction members.
