Extended Concept of Reaction Generators in an Organic Reaction Prediction System CSB

Abstract This paper presents a generalized algorithm for the chemical reactions simulation used in the CSB (common sense builder), a computer system assisting the prediction of organic reactions. The concept of reaction generators is also described, which enables the modeling of all types of chemical conversion, proceeding according to the simple, as well as complex multistage chemical mechanisms.
