The Fifth Kondratiev and the Last Frontier: Vocational Education and Training Research Priorities for the 1990's

Abstract The title of this paper is perhaps obscure, but it is intended to draw attention to the special context within which we need to consider vocational education and training in the 1990s. The paper describes the salient characteristics of that context, in order to provide a frame for some current preoccupations related to VET research.
