Water hammering prevention of air valve

PURPOSE: An air valve device for preventing water hammering is provided to secure smooth flow of fluid by reducing pressure by discharging air through an air release valve and absorbing pressure through an air vessel. CONSTITUTION: An air valve device for preventing water hammering comprises an opening/closing valve(150), a foreign material removal part(200), an air valve(100), a guide pipe(400), an air release valve(80), and an air vessel(90). The opening/closing valve is connected to a branched end of a water supply pipe(1) and opens and closes the flow of fluid and air. The air valve comprises a body(10), a float guide(20), a cover(30), a float ball(40), a guide rod(50), a cover(60), and a control cap(70). When an outlet hole(21) of the float guide and a through hole(31) of the cover are closed with the float ball, the pressure of fluid and air is transferred through the guide pipe. The air release valve discharges the air transferred through the guide pipe to outside. The air vessel reduces water hammering impact by absorbing the pressure of fluid transferred through the guide pipe.
