부하효율 측정방법론에 따른 오류유형 분석 사례연구

Most of factories have interests in the workloads of machines and workers, because they are the key factors for decision making whenever the company faces the situations of new investment, changing the production quantity, producing new product and so on. Many measuring methods for evaluating the workloads of machines and workers have been used. The popular methods used are survey from the worker, work sampling, micro-motion study and historical data gathering from ERP system. However, in practice, the values of workload estimated are different by the measuring methods. In this paper, a case study of Korean company is discussed, in which leadframes and packaging substrates of semiconductor are produced. The objective is to discuss what kinds of errors are observed in each method. We also suggest couple of tips to be payed attentions when workloads are analysed in the factory.
