Les logiques de description pour le tri sémantique de documents sur le web

In this paper, we propose a method to automatically rank documents returned by a search engine in the web with respect to a query. The process consists in three steps: first, the description of the query and the document are translated into description logic terminologies. In the second step, we compute a mapping between related elements in the query and each document. This mapping matches concepts in the terminologies based on their names and their definitions. In the last step, we compute the difference between the query and each document and rank the documents according to this difference.
