In recent years,colleges and universities,for its research and academic superiorities,play an increasingly important role in classified research projects. However,its open character makes it more difficult in the management of classified research projects,with the idea of tracking management and starting from the general management process,the deficiencies of management processes in classified research projects are analyzed,then the tracking management measures for these deficiencies proposed,and finally in combination of the deficiencies and tracking management measures,a tracking management manual is formulated,according to the implementation time of classified projects,the tracking management on personnel,equipment,activities is done,thus to achieve the safety and security of research information.
