Spermatocytic seminoma: sonographic appearance.

Spermatocytic seminoma is a very rare germ cell tumor that occurs in adults and represents 4.4% of testicular seminomas. The tumor has been found only in descended testes, never arises in extratesticular sites, and is not associated with other types of germ cell neoplasiasP SS exhibits a benign course and orchiectomy is curative in nearly all cases of pure tumors.l We present the sonographic findings and pathologic correlation in a case of SS.
