The method provided by the embodiments of the invention comprises: after receiving an operation command, determining user feature information of a user who performs operation currently; according to a corresponding relationship between the user feature information and user information, determining the user information corresponding to the user feature information of the user who performs the operation currently; and executing the operation command according to the determined user information. According to the corresponding relationship between the user feature information and the user information, the user information corresponding to the user feature information of the user who performs the operation currently is determined, so that the effective personal data can be recognized, recorded and applied on the multi-user shared equipment.
