Some Combinatorial Properties of the Thue-Morse Sequence and a Problem in Semigroups

Abstract Some combinatorial properties of the special factors of the Thue–Morse sequence in a two-letter alphabet are considered. An application of this analysis to a problem in semigroups is given.
