Prediction of the Jobs Execution on the Community Grid with Added Network Latency

In this paper we investigate behaviour of the grid system built of large number of relatively unreliable processing units (CPUs). In order to simulate realistic grid different mean times before failure (MTBF) are assumed for different nodes. In addition, a simplified network model is included. We present results of simulations on a model of such grid system and analyse its efficiency in terms of total execution time of simple jobs.
