Analysis and design of high-speed linear CCD drivers

In CCD detection the design of driving circuit for high speed CCD is one of the key technologies in successful target acquisition of CCD cameras.Different CCDs have different drive timing sequences,which are usually the cyclical and often more complex pulse signals,and these signals should be matched to the appropriate driver in order to get optimal performance.Therefore,different drive circuits must be designed according to the different timing sequences of the CCD.This paper analyzes several common CCD drive timing sequences,and summarizes some methods for implementing the conventional CCD driving circuits.
