模型 溫水供給 配管綱의 熱流動特性에 關한 實驗的 硏究

This study is the experiment of the pipe networks of a hot-water circulating used for a multi-floor building, by 6th floor model. This tests are basically performed for 4 combinations - 1) single-zone supply, direct-return system, 2) single-zone supply, reversed-return system, 3) multi-zone supply, direct-return system, 4) multi-zone supply, reversed-return system - and added some cases. Flow rates, temperature distribution and pressure distribution along the each floor are measured, and the performance of the system is investigated in variation of total flow rate and supply-water temperature. For basical 4 combinations, temperature and pressure distribution along the each floor are similar, but according to the increasing of supply-water temperature and the decreasing of total flow rate, draft makes more flows to the higher floors, and more circulating flow-rate. Automatic balancing valve for flow-rate-control needs more powerful pump to make same flow-rate which achieved by mannually-balanced system. This experiment makes us come to the conclusion that the multi-zone supply, reversed-return pipe network system is a little bit better than the other 3 systems, but the skilled and developed TAB(Testing, Adjusting and Balancing) techniques make it convertible to the other systems.
