The cloud computing environment model, is a proactive workload management service for intelligent work load factoring in cloud computing environment. It is used to establishment link between on and off premise infrastructure for hosting an online application. And the motive lies in explicit workload factoring of traffic in base zone server and the flash zone server. These two servers are the components where all the workload factoring is done. But the central technology for workload factoring service is a fast frequent data item detection algorithm, which enables workload factoring on the basis of volume as well as the data content of the request with a changing data application data popularity. After an extensive analysis and evaluation of this algorithm. It is found that workload factoring service enables increase in resource efficiency and reduce data cache/replication overhead. Keywords— Cloud computing, Workload Factoring, Base zone, Flash zone, Data item.
