자동차 부품 제조공정에서 메카트로닉스적 접근의 적재자동화 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Loading process of goods-in-process in the shock Absorber Piston rod Manufacturing Processes which is composed of lathing, grooving, milling, rolling, inspection processes by hands of worker cause problem of high level burden for work, which make the efficiency of processes lower. Therefore we need the study of automation for solving this problem. In this study we explore development of the automation system for loading process in perspective of Mechatronics in order to reduce the burden of work level. For this, we discuss thermal effect, change of loading, dead band and compensation through software etc. of the loading automation system.
