Multi-channel and high-density hybrid integrated light source on silicon optical waveguide platform

A novel high-density hybrid integrated light source on a silicon waveguide platform was developed for interchip optical interconnection. The number of output ports was increased to over a hundred by using waveguide splitters and multichip bonding.
