Urea-SCR system is currently recognized by NOx reduction technology for diesel engines, and NOx sensor was applied for detailed injection control of Urea solution and NH3 slip control in SCR catalyst Outlet. Urea-SCR system including NOx sensor that currently depend on the Japan market have been developed in domestic, and sufficient performance verification and an experiment for one should be achieved. To develop control module for Urea-SCR system, the system that can evaluate performance such as dynamometer and exhaust gas analyzer needs but a lot of times and expenses are spent. In contrast, a model based development environment which practiced repeatable tests can develope a product in much shorter time periods. therefore, To develop control algorithm of Urea-SCR system and NOx sensor module, it was developed the environment which applied HILS system for verification and achieved study about a performance estimation technology.
