Optimization on replacement policy of cache for certificate system

Cache is one of the most popular techniques for dealing with the slow access speed of certificates and an efficient way to lower the delay of certificate (and crl) requests in servers. We propose a new cache replacement algorithm and an adaptive network prefetch scheme which can reduce system cost and communication latency in a certificate system.
