Device for measuring instant current values of CPU's energy consumption

In this paper a circuit of setup is proposed to measure instant current values of CPU, it may improve the accuracy during estimating power consumption of CPU in instructions process running. Plug-in of the CPU during the measurements corresponds to the regular circuit. Gained results can be used to develop the appropriate mathematical model of CPU's power consumption and optimize its software in future.
