In space engineering,the precise transmission device needs the volume to be as small as possible and the bearing capacity to be as large as possible.The ring-flexspline harmonic gear is superior in these aspects.At present the systematic fundamental research on the deformation and stress of ring-flexspine harmonic gear is still lacked at home.Based on the theoretical model obtained through traditional mechanical model and experimental method,this paper analyzes the initial deformation and stress distribution of the ring-flexspline using finite element method and optimizes the structure of the ring-flexspline.The results are helpful to the nice harmonic gears design.
