Electromechanical valve tightness intelligent detection device and detection method thereof

The invention discloses an electromechanical valve tightness intelligent detection device and a detection method thereof. The device comprises a pressure acquisition device, an analog to digital conversion device, a stroke solenoid valve which is used for fixing a device to be detected, a pneumatic solenoid valve which is used for pressurizing the device to be detected, a timer and a microcontroller. The signal output end of the pressure acquisition device is connected with the signal input end of the analog to digital conversion device. The signal output end of the analog to digital conversion device is connected with the signal input end of the microcontroller. The control output end of the microcontroller is connected with the control input ends of the stroke solenoid valve and the pneumatic solenoid valve. The microcontroller is connected with the timer. According to the invention, automatic electromechanical valve tightness detection is realized; human judgment is not needed; and a detection result is accurate.
