Cellular network management peer sharing

To provide a method, apparatus and system for performing peer between the wireless-enabled devices in the communications environment of a user equipment (UE) (P2P) data sharing operations. A first client peer node comprises a data content, and a server peer node mode to provide the content data. The second client peer node submits a request for the content data to the P2P application server (P2P AS). In response, P2P AS provides a first address of the client peer node to the second client peer node. Then, using the node address of the second client peer submits a request provided by the request of the content data to the first client peer node. The first client peer node accepts the request, and then supplies the content data to the second client peer node.
