Design and Implementation of Automatic Control System for Seed Pelletizing Equipment Based on PLC

Seed pelleted processing technology can realize plant protection before sowing,and reduce the number of pest control.It is an important role in for mechanized planting and ensuring the crop yield.According to the main structure and working principle of 5WH-160 seed pelletizing equipment,the automatic control system was designed to fulfill the needs of modern agricultural production.The frequency conversion and sensor technology were integrated in the automatic control system.PLC was the control core and the keyboard display was human-computer interaction window in the automatic control system.The control system had manual and automatic control mode,it could realize synchronous and precise supply of powder and liquid,parameters online real-time changes and other functions.The automatic control system could improve the quality of seed pelletizing and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
