Implementation of new architecture for an intelligent wearable surveillance assistant system

Introduces a prototype of wearable surveillance assistant system for helping human complete the surveillance tasks. The research presented here addresses the system requirements and challenge problems encountered in wearable computing environment for an assistant surveillance task. The implementation of new architecture and functions will help the surveillant in three ways: real-time object detection, intelligent appropriate alarm and automatically create the surveillance report. The algorithm begins with capturing video frame from camera followed by motion detection and interested object detection. We demonstrate effectiveness and the feasibility of this system by experimental results.
