Reliability Evaluation Model of DK77 Series WEDM

Based onthe fuzzy neural networks ,the reliability evaluation model of DK77 series WEDMis established. The basis of the model is reliability fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The reliabilityindexes of DK77 series WEDM: Mean Time between Failures ( MTBF) , Mean Time to Repairs ( MTTR) , Using Availability (A) and Failure Frequency (γ) are taken as the reliability evaluation parameters .It is shown by the example that the membership functions of every evaluation parameters are modified by adaptive training of the neural networks . The comprehensive and accurate reliability evaluation of DK77 series WEDM is realized,and this method has certain reference meaning for the other NC machine reliability evaluation.
