1kHz Smart Camera with Image Processing Feature

We have advanced applied research of a high-speed image processing system, which can perform image capturing, processing and control output of an image within 1 millisecond. The compact camera module developed is able to perform real time image processing at IkHz, and can be easily adapted for development of various applications. Moreover, when applied to 3-dimensional measurements, we have confirmed that practical measurements can be done with this system. Furthermore, by using line-feedback-AGC with the real time image processing function, accurate measurements can be performed over a large dynamic range.
