Research on the Technology of Indoor and Outdoor Integration Robot Inspection in Substation

With the rapid growth of power grid scale, inspection robot has entered the stage of scale promotion and application in substation, for the outdoor inspection of substation, the functions of routine inspection, meter transcription, automatic storage and comparison analysis, infrared precise temperature measurement, background automatic archiving and analysis are realized. It effectively improves the efficiency and benefit of substation patrol inspection, reduces the workload of the front-line staff of the grass-roots teams, and becomes a useful supplement to the operation and maintenance of substations. Due to the limitations of robots, it is impossible to effectively inspect indoor equipment and realize full coverage inspection of substations. In order to realize the comprehensive coverage of indoor and outdoor inspection channels and inspection points, this paper carries out the research of integrated inspection robot technology for indoor and outdoor equipment, effectively reduces the investment cost of inspection robot in substation, improves the coverage rate of inspection, and improves the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance of substation.
