A Power Allocation Algorithm Based on Target Capacity Tracking in CRNs

Track target capacity is a new key issue in cognitive radio networks. A power allocation algorithm based on target capacity tracking in cognitive radio networks is proposed under the CR-to-PR interference constraint. In order to obtain transmit power of each user while we track the target capacity, a statespace model is presented to describe the dynamics capacity tracking error. A linear matrix inequality by utilizing the H∞ control theory is given for this power allocation problem. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can guarantee the QoS of cognitive users and provide stability to the cognitive networks.
