Mid-long Term Optimal Dispatching Method of Hydro-thermal Power System Considering Scheduled Maintenance

The mid-long term optimal dispatching of hydro-thermal power system with maintenance effects is a difficult problem.According to the method of modern integral algebraic technology,multi-scenario optimal dispatching model of hydro-thermal power system considering coordination between generation and maintenance scheduling was proposed.In view of the continuity of equipment maintenance scheduling,nodes were divided into different scenarios based on the predicting scenario tree,and equipment maintenance model of multi-scenario dispatching was founded through the scenaio-node incidence matrix.Furthermore,electric power-related nodes and energy-related nodes were respectively set to realize optimum coordination of generation and maintenance scheduling,whereas the different demands of interval.The model mentioned above was a large-scale mixed integer linear programming(MILP) problem,and solved by the commercial MILP solver.Finally,application examples of an actual large-scale hydrothermal system were tested and analyzed,resluts demonstrated that the proposed model and method are effective and practical.
