Study and application of contact-less electrical energy transmission system

Contact-less electrical energy transmission system has become more and more attractive in power transmission area these years because there is no direct electrical connection or physical contact between the energy transmission system and the power receiver. This paper presents the function principle of contact-less electrical energy transmission systems and new developments. Equivalent circuit model of its detachable transformer was established and analyzed. The flux distribution of the E-E type detachable transformer was attained using finite element method (FEM).
