CONTRIBUTIONS TO DETERMINATION OF LAYER THICKNESS AND BRIGHTNESS DIRECTLY INTO SUBMISSION OF GALVANIC BATHS

In situ determination of layer thickness in the galvanic deposition baths without removing the cathode from the bath and without interrupting current electrolysis is the dream of all. Authors have succeeded these important achievements to have enabled this goal, method and equipment designed to enable both the galvanic process optimization and automatic adjustment. The values given by sensory system and the technique used are possible to calculate the automatic efficiency current balance, sheet materials, efficiency energy, the balance energy and productivity of galvanic process. Automatic determination of brightness with the determination of layer thickness, gives further information; quantitative parameters have important influence on brightness galvanic process but also information on secondary distribution of current and efficiency brightness agents under the circumstances. In paper are presented all primary relationships for the determination of quantitative parameters listed above and many constructive solutions to achieve equipment whose use does not require specialized knowledge and even attention to handling, the whole process of measuring and processing being automatically.
