The Expanding Spectrum of Human T-cell Lymphotrophic Virus 1-Associated Neurological Disease: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Human T-cell lymphotrophic virus 1 is classically associated with tropical spastic paraparesis. A recent case and review of the literature reveal an expanding spectrum of human T-cell lymphotrophic virus 1-associated neurological diseases.
