60 GHz highly integrated small mobile terminal for radio-on-fibre millimetre-wave communication system

A 60 GHz highly integrated small mobile terminal with integrated IF modem for the radio-on-fibre millimetre-wave communication system is presented. This terminal integrates a 60 GHz transmitter, receiver and IF modem in one module. It has the characteristics of high data rate, small volume and pico-cell service application.
