Tentative Diagnosis of Lung Cancer in a Patient with Lipoid Pneumonia

Exogenous lipoid pneumonia (LP), first described by Laughlen in 1925 [1], is an uncommon disease resulting from aspirating or inhaling fat-like material [2]. LP can occur in acute or chronic forms, and in about half of the patients, particularly in the chronic forms, it can be completely asymptomatic [3]. There are only a few cases in the literature describing LP. Hussain et al. [4] demonstrated a case of severe LP following Tentative Diagnosis of Lung Cancer in a Patient with Lipoid Pneumonia K.
