Reliability of ceramic actuators

Reliability of ceramic actuators is dependent on complex factors, which are divided into three major categories: reliability of the ceramic material, reliability of the device design and drive technique. The reliability issues are reviewed from whole points of view, with a particular focus on multilayer structures.
