A hybrid control system for a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) includes a hybrid control module. The hybrid control module includes a first motor control module, the output torque of a first motor controls. A second motor control module controls the output torque of a second motor based on a second engine torque request signal. The second engine torque request signal is generated on the basis of a transmission output torque request signal before the start of an engine of the HEV. A Ubergehungsmodul Drehmomentubergehungs generates a request signal during startup. The first motor control module controls the output torque of the first motor to rotate the combustion engine during startup. The second motor control module provides output torque during the start of the second motor on the basis of a Drehmomentubergehungs request signal, not the output transmission torque demand signal in order to minimize jerking vehicle during engine startup.
