SPONTANEOUS SUPERCURRENTS IN MAGNETO-SUPERCONDUCTING SYSTEMS

We predict the appearance of spontaneous superconducting currents in the ground states of the heterogeneous magneto-superconducting systems. These currents appear due to magnetic interaction between the supercurrent in the superconducting subsystem and the magnetic moment in the magnetic subsystem even if the magnetic field from the magnet does not penetrate into the superconductor. We propose several configurations in which spontaneous currents are expected.
