A note on the acoustic power output of a circular plate

The time-average power radiated from individual normal modes of a circular plate clamped at its rim and set in a coplanar rigid baffle is analyzed on the basis of an exact integral representation suitable for frequencies above coincidence; and a precise estimate of the radiation efficiency at high frequencies is given.
