[미발표]전동차용 보조전원장치(SIV) 유지보수 향상을 통한 신뢰성 연구

Currently, Seoul Metro subway line 3 is equipped with SIV(Static Inverter) that supplies stable voltage and frequency which is usually used at air compressor, lighting, heating and cooling device, indictor for constantly increasing SIV failure by comparing three types of SIV Specifically, this study not only categorized SIV failures based on device and causation but also examined replacement cycle for decrepit device that has high failure rate. Based on these results, experiment employing IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) was conducted. Ultimately, this study sought for precautionary inspection method and solution for malfunction in SIV that adopts GTO Thyristor & Power Transistor method which has the highest failure rate.
