This book is the second of a series of books based on conferences sponsored by the Metroplex Institute for Neural Dynamics (MIND), an interdisciplinary conference of Dallas-Fort Worth area neural network professionals in both academia and industry. This book is based on the October 1990 conference - it's too bad that it took four years to reach publication.
