A system and a method for analyzing modeling accuracy while performing reverse planning by using 3D scan data are provided to automatically and efficiently measuring the amount of the loss of the accuracy based on the reverse planning process using the 3D scan data. The 3D scan data set providing orders form the model which expresses the type of the 3D object. The CAD system providing orders remodel at least one of the CAD part bodies which are formed at the 3D scan data. The designed operation selecting orders control at least a part of at least one of the CAD part bodies of at least a part of the 3D scan data. The deciding orders decide the measurement of the loss of the accuracy based on the selected operation. The displaying orders display the measurement of the loss of the accuracy to a user(20).
